“Power, Book II: Ghost” ended with Tariq (Michael Rainey, Jr.) narrowly escaping Tommy’s (Joseph Sikora) wrath. Tommy wanted to kill Tariq for killing Ghost (Omari Hardwick). When he pulled the gun on Tariq, Tommy had a gun pulled on him by Monet (Mary J. Blige). Also, Tommy wanted to kill Tasha (Naturi Naughton), but Tariq arranged to have his mother saved. Now, Tariq has to focus back on his own problems. Above all else, he and Cane (Woody McClain) killed Jabari (Justin McManus). There is pressure on Tariq to keep that under wraps. Also, he has the business at hand, with Brayden (Gianni Paolo), along with 2-Bit (Michael J. Ferguson). All of that being said, the “Trust No One” promo is now out.
