Rubi Rose is a native of Lexington, Kentucky, a city that’s rising to prominence in the hip hop world. A couple of years ago, natives of the city called Rubi Rose out, due to her depiction of the city. They felt a lot of what she said about the area was untrue. While located in the South, Lexington is actually a major city, not a rural city.
Recently, Rubi Rose returned with new music, to close the week out. This past week, Rubi dropped her first visuals of the year. She returned with her visuals for “Single,” which is her latest offering. There are a lot of people who want to get at Rubi. With this one, she let them know that it’s a little easier than most would think, because she’s single.
