Guys like Scottie Barnes have stepped up and become important players for the team. After missing last year’s playoffs, the Raptors pushed their way into the five seed.
Joel Embiid has played like an MVP all season long. For all the turmoil the Philadelphia 76ers endured, Joel Embiid was their one constant. Unfortunately for the Toronto Raptors, Joel Embiid may have ruined their chances. Joel Embiid actually stepped on Scottie Barnes’ ankle. As a result, Scottie Barnes wound up crying. Afterward, Scottie Barnes’ teammates carried him off the court.
