Soulja Boy drops the music video for his single, “In The Hills.” The single title is appropriate, as Soulja Boy has been living like this for almost two decades. He does a lot of boasting, but Soulja Boy really was the first rapper to do a lot of things.
In 2015, Soulja Boy was clowned, on “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood,” for saying he was worth $25 million. But, a quick Google search proved that to be true. A lot of people forget he was the first rapper making money from the internet. This led to him signing his first deal, which he would leave.
Since 2011, Soulja Boy has been independent. During this time, he’s opened the door for many big names, ranging from Chief Keef to Rich The Kid. This morning, he returned with the music video for his single, “In The Hills.”
