Stephen Curry does not get the credit he deserves. To say that is wild, seeing how great Stephen Curry is. Often, Stephen Curry is complimented for how great he is. Not only is Stephen Curry a two time MVP, he was the first unanimous MVP in NBA history. Curry won his season MVPs back-to-back. However, despite leading the Warriors to three titles, Curry has never won Finals MVP.

Stephen Curry played well in the 2015 NBA Finals. When the Warriors won the title, Andrew Iguodala won Finals MVP. Had the Warriors won the 2016 title, Curry would have likely won Finals MVP. During the Kevin Durant era, Curry arguably deserved one of those Finals MVPs. Without a doubt, Stephen Curry would have won the 2019 NBA Finals MVP.

Stephen Curry was a leading candidate for 2022 season MVP, early this year. When the Warriors fell apart, Stephen Curry fell out of the discussion. Most critics said “wait until the Warriors get healthy.” In the playoffs, the Warriors are healthy. As a result, the Nuggets and Grizzlies went home.
