This weekend, T.I. appeared on Shannon Sharpe’s “Club Shay Shay” podcast. There, the Atlanta rapper made an interesting comment, that has since had him trending on social media. This is in regards to him comparing himself to some all-time hip-hop greats.
T.I. says he believes that he’s a “hybrid” of Jay Z, 2Pac, Snoop Dogg, and Diddy. Many fans agreed with this stance, due to his major success in the 2000s and 2010s. However, some don’t feel that T.I. should be compared to these names.
T.I.’s last studio album came back in October 2020, which was “The L.I.B.R.A.” That project was his 11th studio album, as it went on to debut at number 18 in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. The L.I.B.R.A. was led by singles such as “Ring” featuring Young Thug and “Pardon” featuring Lil Baby. T.I. has also been known to sign plenty of talent to his Grand Hustle label, over the years. This includes B.o.B, Iggy Azalea, Travis Scott, and more.
