Of course, the Bucks went onto win the championship.
Trae Young surprised the NBA world when he took over the playoffs. The Hawks would upset the Knicks and the 76ers on their way to the Conference Finals. When the Hawks got there, they gave Giannis’ Bucks all they could handle. The series went six games before it came to an end. Hawks’ fans say they would have beaten the Phoenix Suns had they not gotten injured.
Before the Hawks can even think about Conference Finals, they had to handle the play-in. This season, the Charlotte Hornets have matched up well with the Atlanta Hawks. On top of that, LaMelo Ball is coming into his own as a star. Tonight, none of that mattered, as the Hawks blew the Hornets out. At the end of the game, Trae Young could be seen making fun of LaMelo Ball.
