After Labor Day hits, Florida has to deal with a very dark reality. This is when hurricane season comes into full form and Florida is usually one of the states hit the hardest. Obviously, other states along the coasts of the Deep South also get it, as most storms impact there.
Overnight, South Florida found itself hit by Tropical Storm Gordon. A lot of people are waking up to excessive rain and winds, and the storm has yet to fully hit South Florida. The storm is forming in the Gulf of Mexico, hitting the Florida Keys, right now.
Tropical Storm Gordon is trending on Twitter, as Florida braces for another storm. People have taken to social media to share their own experiences with the storm. Hopefully, this year’s hurricane season isn’t as rough as 2017’s was.
