Vado – “Pressure” [VIDEO]

Vado drops the music video for his single Pressure

After the Dipset era, Cam’ron went back into executive mode. He began working with Vado and actually signed him to Interscope Records. At the time, it looked like Vado would become the next major rapper from New York City to blow up. The 2010-2011 period really saw Vado get hot, but he would ultimately step aside, as other rappers from Harlem blew up.

Vado didn’t necessarily step aside, but he carved a lane out for himself. Ultimately, Vado wasn’t meant to be a rap superstar, during that era. A decade later, however, Vado is considered to be a legend in certain circles. Whatever they say about Vado, he keeps coming back. Last month, Vado released his new album, Long Run, Vol. 2, which is out now.

Once upon a time, Vado hailed himself as the Kobe Bryant of the rap game. Nowadays, Vado is happy being viewed as the Vado of the game. Honestly, that’s a great position, because Vado has definitely made a huge impact on the game. On top of that, Vado’s time isn’t up yet, as he returns with his single, “Pressure,” delivering the music video for it.
