YBS Skola holds down his hood in Westside video
YBS Skola has been buzzing for quite some time, now. His rise to fame began on SoundCloud, at a time when several Baltimore rappers were making some serious noise. In 2017, YBS Skola began really making a lot of noise. Over the years, the city of Baltimore has produced several rappers who reached certain levels, but failed to break through.
In Baltimore, the city has gone through a lot, and is losing population. Like other older cities, Baltimore is dealing with a lot of blight and abandonment. Much is said about cities like these, where most of the people left. But, the real question is what ever becomes of the people who ended up staying in the city, like YBS Skola, and his people.
Recently, YBS Skola returned with some new music for the masses. He returned with the release of his music video for “Westside.” The single dropped some time ago and the music video has been out for nearly two weeks. His video showed him and his crew right there in the Baltimore streets, representing the west side of the city.
