Yo Gotti and 10Percent – “Dolla Fo’ Dolla” [VIDEO]

Yo Gotti and 10Percent release the official Dolla Fo’ Dolla video

When Yo Gotti returned with his newest album, he came with an announcement. His most recent album, CM10: Free Game, is Yo Gotti’s final album. In 2017, Yo Gotti partnered with Jay-Z and Roc Nation. That year also saw Yo Gotti sign Moneybagg Yo to CMG, via Interscope Records. Already, CMG had Blac Youngsta, and the 2017-2018 period saw both rappers burst onto the scene in a big way.

The summer of 2017 saw Yo Gotti post the biggest hit of his career. In 2017, Yo Gotti reunited with Nicki Minaj for “Rake It Up,” which became a summer anthem. At the time, fans got used to Yo Gotti dropping a hit single every other year. Every year, from 2013 through 2017, Yo Gotti kept coming with hits, one bigger than the last. But, 2017 would be the last hurrah for Yo Gotti.

Yo Gotti launched the “Dolla Fo’ Dolla” challenge, along with his new album. This was an exclusive opportunity for independent artists to drop a freestyle to his song. The person with the verse Yo Gotti liked the most would get the chance to jump on the single with him. There were many phenomenal freestyles, but Yo Gotti controversially chose 10Percent. Now, the two have dropped the music video.
