Zach LaVine tries to fight Bobby Portis after he puts him in headlock

Zach LaVine has held the Chicago Bulls down for the past five years. During Zach LaVine’s run, the Bulls have been a competitive team. However, Zach LaVine alone wasn’t enough to lead the Chicago Bulls to the playoffs. During the 2021 offseason, the Chicago Bulls added DeMar DeRozan and Lonzo Ball to their roster. Key Los Angeles Lakers’ role player, Alex Caruso, also joined the team.

Zach LaVine enjoyed having a solid core around him. Nobody doubted Zach LaVine as a scorer, ever. Once Zach LaVine had a squad to surround him, the Bulls dominated. DeMar DeRozan played like an MVP, as the Bulls raced out to the East’s best record. During the middle of the season, the Bulls collapsed, and the Heat, Celtics, Bucks, Sixers, and Raptors took over the East.

Zach LaVine and the Chicago Bulls fell to the East’s sixth seed. Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks salvaged their season to earn the third seed. Briefly, it looked like the Bulls would make this a series, with the Bucks. In Game 2, Zach LaVine and the Bulls tied the series at 1-1. Khris Middleton went down with injury and it activated the Bucks. Today, in Game 4, Zach LaVine got into it with Bobby Portis off a rebound.
