YFN Lucci’s attorney denies that Lucci is listed as witness in YSL RICO case

YFN Lucci denies being listed as witness in YSL RICO case

Over the past two weeks, plenty of YSL members have been able to reach plea deals, in order to get out of jail. This includes Gunna and YSL Co-Founder Walter Murphy. Many of these pleas are being handed to almost all 27 indicted YSL members, in order to take down Young Thug, the leader and 28th member.

On Thursday, it was also being reported that YFN Lucci is listed as a witness in YSL’s case. He and Thug have been feuding since 2015, aa Thug even reportedly had Antonio “Obama” Sumlin try to attack Lucci in jail, earlier this year. Therefore, Sumlin plead guilty to that, last week.

However, Lucci’s legal team is now denying the rumored witness claims. According to TMZ, attorney amDrew Findling says that this is not the case, as Lucci is focused on his own RICO and murder cases, which he was indicted on in early 2021. As a result, Lucci’s own trial is likely taking place in May 2022.

“Any party can announce for example that Abraham Lincoln is on their witness list, but those words alone are meaningless. So, to be 100% clear, Rayshawn Bennett (Lucci) will not be a witness in the YSL case. His focus, as it should be, is on his pending Fulton County case.”
