J. Cole denies being in beef with NBA Youngboy
On Friday, Drake had social media buzzing, following the release of his highly anticipated “For All The Dogs” album. Moreover, this also included plenty of star-studded featured, such as J. Cole, Sexyy Red, 21 Savage, SZA, and more. For All The Dogs was led by singles such as “Slime You Out” featuring SZA and “8AM In Charlotte.”
Cole appeared on “First Person Shooter,” as fans went on to praise him for delivering another hot verse. Furthermore, he also denied having any beef with NBA Youngboy, as many initially believed this to be the case, from his verse on Lil Yachty’s latest “The Special Recipe” single.
“N****s so thirsty to put me in beef,” said Cole on First Person Shooter. “Dissecting my words and start lookin’ too deep … I look at the tweets and start suckin’ my teeth I’m letting it rock ’cause I love the mystique/I still wanna get me a song with YB/Can’t trust everything that you saw on IG.”
Meanwhile, it appears that a Cole and Youngboy collaboration may in fact finally be in the works. This would be the first time that the two have ever released a record together.
