Stream: J. Holiday – “Time”

J Holiday releases Time his first album in eight years

Recently, J. Holiday returned with the release of his new album, Time, his fourth studio album. Almost fifteen years ago, J. Holiday released his debut album, Back of My Lac.’ Late in the summer of 2007, J. Holiday dropped his single, “Bed,” which became an anthem. The song was actually used on a groundbreaking episode of “The Game,” featuring Hosea Chanchez’s Malik Wright.

J. Holiday scored two hits, in 2007-2008 with “Bed” and “Suffocate.” In addition to this, J. Holiday made a breakout guest appearance on Fat Joe’s “I Won’t Tell.” At the time, J Holiday was a relative newcomer to the game. Still, he managed to be featured alongside many of the biggest names in hip hop. In the “I Won’t Tell” music video, Fat Joe had cameos from nearly everybody in the game.

This week, J. Holiday returned with his first album in eight years. In 2014, J. Holiday released Guilty Conscience, and spoke to Hip-HopVibe.com about that album. Now, J. Holiday has returned with his album, Time, which comes with all-new music from the DC crooner. J. Holiday’s newest album comes with a collection of eleven new tracks.
