Kel Mitchell speaks out after hospitalization in Los Angeles
Actor Kel Mitchell of the iconic “Kenan & Kel” television series in the 1990s may be dealing with apparent health issues, at the moment. According to TMZ, Mitchell was hospitalized, on Tuesday night.
Furthermore, Mitchell was treated at a local Los Angeles-area hospital. Moreover, he was sent to the emergency room, as he was alert and conscious, at the time of his admission. However, it’s still unclear of why Mitchell needed to be sent to the emergency room, in the first place. He is still being treated at the hospital, as of Wednesday night. Sources close to TMZ also added that it was unknown of when the actor would be able to be released.
Meanwhile, in the early hours of Wednesday morning, Mitchell has just addressed the situation. On his Instagram feed, he released a statement in which he revealed that he’s grateful for the flood of prayers and positive vibes that have surrounded him during a “frightening time.” Mitchell is now currently recovering at his home, as he continued to thank everyone for their ongoing support, during this time.
Kel Mitchel is also set to release the sequel to his and Kenan Thompson‘s iconic 1997 “Good Burger” film, on November 22. This will be available to stream on Paramount+. Filming was conducted in Rhode Island, earlier this year.
