Co-signs from Snoop Dogg helped make stars out of The Game and Kendrick Lamar. In 2009, Snoop Dogg took on an executive role with Priority Records, which was huge for the West Coast.
Snoop Dogg has more recently held a position with Def Jam. In that position, Snoop Dogg has seen the signing of some lyrical heavyweights. While holding the Def Jam position, Snoop Dogg wound up acquiring Death Row Records. With Death Row back in the hands of the culture, Snoop Dogg is putting tons of new music out.
