This season, the Warriors got off to a similar hot start, but they have gone through what they were expected to in 2015. Still, the Warriors remain one of the NBA’s best teams. Out West, the Suns, Grizzlies, Warriors, Jazz, Mavericks, and Nuggets lead the way. For a time, the Warriors still had the NBA’s second best record. But, in the East, the Miami Heat have claimed their top playoff spot, and also hold the third best record in the NBA.
The Warriors are now just trying to build some momentum, heading into the playoffs. Taking on this young Spurs team, the Warriors were supposed to breeze to victory. Instead, they lost in the typical trap game. The Spurs stuck with the Warriors and simply played loose. Meanwhile, the Warriors played a tense game.
