Kodak Black was pardoned by Donald Trump on is last day in office a few weeks ago. This helped avoid him a full 46 month sentence for federal firearms charges. Kodak was originally arrested at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami in May 2019. The feds say that the Florida rapper falsified information on gun applications. Multiple weapons found in Broward County were also reportedly linked to Kodak. He was officially sentenced in November of that year

On Friday, Kodak was in Tampa as he was honored at the Power Of Influence Awards for his work in the community in South Florida. There, fans noticed that he looked very different compared to when he was first put in prison almost two years ago. Kodak is much skinnier now and also has a different hairstyle, which is very common in his hometown of Pompano Beach.

One rapper is now vouching for Kodak is Asian Doll. She took to The Neighborhood Talk’s Instagram comments to explain his redemption story and how God is on his side.

“Thank god but the cameras are out so he’s soaking up the good energy but definitely he’s BLESSED he was chosen by GOD to finish what he was born to do,” Asian said. Kodak is about to BIGGER THEN EVER I’m happy he’s alive & free let’s PROTECT THIS BLACK MAN y’all if GOD can forgive him so can WE.”

At this point, we will see if Kodak is finally able to stay out of trouble, as he has failed to do ever since he became a star in 2015. Another 46-month sentence is the last situation he wants to be put in again.
