The past few years have seen Young Sam continue to rise in the game, becoming a force along the way. Earlier in his career, Young Sam made a big impact with his Trapfornia mixtape. In between mixtape releases, Young Sam released an album called Wake & Bake.
Young Sam talked to Hip Hop Vibe’s DJ Kid Fresh when he was promoting the Wake & Bake project. In that interview, they talked about their history on the Los Angeles hip hop scene. Since then, Young Sam has begun working on Trapfornia 2.
When Young Sam last visited New York City, he met with DJ Louie Styles for another exclusive interview with Hip Hop Vibe. In this interview, DJ Louie Styles talked to Young Sam about his history with the jerkin’ movement, Dizzy Wright, and YG. Young Sam went on to discuss Trapfornia 2, which is hosted by DJ Carisma and DJ Mustard.
