Everyone is talking about the Meek Mill/Drake stuff, simply because it is entertaining. Seeing how close Maybach Music and Young Money are, some feel as if the beef is staged. However, there are aspects of this thing that have a bit of realism to it, such as Funkmaster Flex getting involved.
Meek Mill indeed fired the first shot, via Twitter, but Drake came back and tackled him head-on. During the weekend, Drake delivered “Charged Up,” releasing it via Apple Music during his Beats 1 Radio show, adding product integration to insult and injury. This morning, Meek Mill finally responded with “Wanna Know,” even bringing Ja Rule into the madness.
Drake has heard “Wanna Know” and responded the only way he knows how, laughter. A couple of hours ago, Drake shared a photo of him laughing on Instagram, presumably, obviously, in response to Meek Mill. Later, he comes back doing promotion of the 6th Annual OVO Fest.
