Atlanta is back on the map, producing a number of new artists. Last year, Atlanta enjoyed the emergence of Future, Pill, and Alley Boy, along with the emergence of 2 Chainz, previously known as Tity Boi. This year, Atlanta has enjoyed the success of Future’s debut album, buzz from T.I. and Young Jeezy, and the new release from B.o.B. However, Ca$h Out holds the distinction of being Atlanta’s latest breakthrough artist.
Much like Future last year, Ca$h Out released his single, “Cashin’ Out” over two months ago and soon rose from the Atlanta club scene to being featured on MTV and BET. With the advances in social media, many rappers have avoided being one hit wonders. Many have avoided being a one hit wonder, but Ca$h Out is not quite out of the woods yet. Ca$h Out has not done much talking, but “Cashin’ Out” has become a favorite amongst rappers to freestyle over. While the song is taking over the charts, currently at number eleven on Billboard, Ca$h Out is focused on his next single, which he claims L.A. Reid loved so much he signed him based on it. The next single should be released later this month, but Ca$h Out revealed he has a remix in the works for “Cashin’ Out.” Young Jeezy, Bow Wow, Wale, Meek Mill, Red Cafe, and Juelz Santana will be featured on the remix.
