Honestly, the American Dream is alive and well in Cardi B, seeing what she’s accomplished, this year. All along, Cardi B said she was going to be a star and no one took her seriously. When “Bodak Yellow” began taking off, few people imagined it would go number one, nationwide.
But, Cardi B has been saying this since before she was on “Love & Hip Hop.” Even when she was on the show, her own friends didn’t even see her potential. Bet they all do now, as Cardi B is everywhere, even a cameo in “Being Mary Jane.”
Cardi B is living the dream, but it briefly turned into a nightmare, earlier today. Apparently, Cardi B and her camp had some kind of run-in with law enforcement. Whatever the case, Cardi B took to Twitter, accusing the police of putting her into a choke-hold.
