Tekashi 6ix9ine is currently locked up on racketeering, murder conspiracy, weapons, and assault charges. He will go to trial on September 4. His ex-manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan AKA Tr3way is also in jail on racketeering charges. Attorney Scott E. Leemon had recently left Tr3way due to not getting paid for his legal work.
Tr3way just bounced back from losing Leemon as he just brought on El Chapo’s lawyer Jeffrey Lichtman, according to Complex. In addition to Chapo and Tr3way, he is also representing Shannade Clermont for her fraud and identity theft charges where she’s facing 20 years in prison. Previous clients include John Gotti Jr., The Game and Fat Joe as well.
Getting Lichtman was the right move because like 6ix9ine,Tr3way is facing life in prison on his charges. Prior to these legal issues, Tr3way was making major moves at his label by signing 6ix9ine, Fetty Wap, and Alexis Skyy. What seemed like the best year out of everyone in the industry is now going downhill for both Tr3way and 6ix9ine. 6ix9ine had fired Tr3way and everyone on his team right before he got busted by the feds.
