The Maybach Music collective is getting everything together as they prepare to release their new album. Back in 2011, Rick Ross promised Maybach Music would be back with something new every summer. It hasn’t been quite the same since they released that first project, but they still make hits.
When thinking of Maybach Music this year, Meek Mill has to come up and that’s even before Wale and he dropped an album this year. Meek Mill got into a lot of controversy since the last Self Made album dropped and has been at odds with Cassidy, Gillie Da Kid, and Cyssero. Kendrick Lamar is also on that list now.
Maybach Music continued their media run when they stopped by Power 105.1 to talk to DJ Envy, Charlamagne Tha God, and Angela Yee of “The Breakfast Club.” They touched on plenty of topics, including Stalley not getting much radio play, Cassidy and Kendrick Lamar’s beef, and Lil’ Boosie. They kept it entertaining.
