Charlotte is another spot in North Carolina that is beginning to emerge on the hip hop scene, successfully. Kaddie Lak is one of the leaders of this scene and he talked to Hip Hop Vibe earlier this year about the scene there. He has continued working on the Free Drug$ project and now he has the “Dead Face$” single with Curtis Williams from Two-9 that he dropped.
