Lola Brooke releases new “Blind Em” record
In 2023, Lola Brooke has continued to star into stardom. She signed with Arista Records at the top of the year, and put out the remix to her 2021 breakout “Don’t Play With It” single featuring Billy B, as that record initially went viral, last fall. The remix went on to feature Yung Miami and Latto. Furthermore, the Brooklyn rapper has also dropped singles such as “So Disrespectful” and “Just Relax,” this past spring.
Meanwhile, Lola is back with another new record, in “Blind Em.” Here, she samples Clipse’s classic 2002 “Grindin” single. This release comes less than a week after Lola performed at the 2023 BET Awards, where she was also nominated for Best New Artist.
