When looking at the current cities producing talent, Los Angeles deserves credit for the feat they are pulling off. Phonk P is a Compton native and now he is beginning to receive recognition after the release of his Rules of the Stable: Stripper Tendencies mixtape. The tape has gained traction and the “Smoker Session” single has done particularly well. Those who follow Phonk P may know him for being a part of Kreative Konscience.
