Vince Staples has emerged as another popular artist on the West Coast. Once again from the Los Angeles area, a native of Long Beach, Vince Staples delivered his new single today. The record is called “Hands Up” and it’s taken from his upcoming project, Hell Can Wait, due on September 23.
