On Wednesday night, Spelman College and Morehouse College had their joint homecoming events, in Atlanta. Therefore, 21 Savage performed, and brought one of the biggest guests to ever perform at Spelhouse homecoming.

This ended up being Drake, as he and 21 both performed together. They even did a joint set for a performance of Drake’s 2021 “Knife Talk” song. This initially appeared on Drake’s “Certified Lover Boy” album, and also included Project Pat on the song. Drake also had the crowd electric, with “Nonstop.”

Drake has had a massive 2022, as he put out his seventh studio album, “Honestly, Nevermind,” in June. That went on to become his seventh straight number one solo studio album.

This year, 21 has been quiet with music releases, but has been a big featured artist. Some of the records that he’s appeared on, includes Pharell’s “Cash In Cash Out” with Tyler, The Creator, Latto’s “Wheelie,” and Calvin Harris’ “New Money.” Fans hope for a new project soon, as his last one was released in late 2020. That was “Savage Mode II,” with Metro Boomin.
