Before he went as deep into the business world as he is now, 50 Cent used to often hit the scene with Floyd Mayweather. The undefeated boxer was best friends with 50 Cent. Often, the two flaunted their money on social media and they even beefed with Rick Ross, together.
In 2012, 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather ended up beefing when they joined forces for a new company. While 50 Cent put the money up for the company, a promotions company, Floyd didn’t do his part. Initially, they played it off like it was a joke, but last year Floyd made it clear it wasn’t.
Anyone who really knows good friends who are close like family know they go through periods when they are “not friends.” They had some real issues, but they appear to be over, as Floyd is preparing to fight Manny Pacquiao again. 50 Cent posted a photo with him on Instagram and in the caption he said they are the original Money Team, supporting his friend on his May 2 fight.
