Often, the good deeds accomplished by 50 Cent go overlooked because of the controversy he causes. 50 Cent is the most-outspoken rapper, arguably, in the history of hip hop. Holding his tongue for no one, 50 Cent will call out any, and every, body. These tactics initially worked well in the rap game for him, laying the foundation for his current empire.

However, there is more to 50 Cent than what meets the eye. Despite the brutal diss records and ruthless business tactics, those who meet 50 Cent say he is a very nice person. There are millions of people in South Africa who would agree. Even here in the United States, several people can speak on the kindness of 50 Cent.

Because of his hard work, CNN is including 50 Cent in their “Heroes” celebrity edition. Last year, 50 Cent appeared on CNN’s “Heroes.” But, to be featured once again, the G-Unit general feels honored. Taking place at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, 50 Cent will be alongside the likes of David Spade, Harvey Keitel, Susan Sarandon, and many more. Anderson Cooper will host the event.
