Abillyon has crossed 100,000 streams with his single, “Smoked,” in a week, and has co-signs from Dave East and Meek Mill

Since 2015, Abillyon has been making some noise. But, he is looking to do way more than just make some noise, as any artist is. Over the past two years, Abillyon has been making moves to be in that conversation about the top artists.

For years, there has been so much talk about the NYC rap scene and how it was dying. So desperate for a new “king,” in 2011 and 2013, respectively, French Montana and Troy Ave were credited for “bringing it back.” But, taking a look around, NY is back in a big way.

In 2018, there’s been Cardi B’s continued dominance, Nicki Minaj’s return, King Combs and 6ix9ine’s emergence, and Young M.A’s resurgence. Now, Abillyon is hoping he can emerge and add his name to that list. Last week, he dropped the “Smoked” music video, and it’s already at a million views.
