When people went on Twitter and saw George Lopez trending, they got a little worried. Thankfully, he isn’t dead, and no, it’s not his birthday, instead it is this. As soon as Andy Ruiz beat Anthony Joshua, fans on Twitter began talking about George Lopez.
Anthony Joshua is a big name, on the boxing scene. Most people did not give Andy Ruiz much of a shot to win against Joshua, during tonight’s match. Defying all the logic, Andy Ruiz won the fight, in a huge upset.
Andy Ruiz got the win and he has Twitter saying he “got knocked out by Ernie from George Lopez.” It s that phrase that has George Lopez trending on Twitter. The fans have tons of jokes about the fight that went down, in a surprising defeat.
