Benzino gets out of jail after arrest for altercation with Althea Heart
Last month, it was revealed that Benzino was arrested in Atlanta. This was due to him punching his ex-girlfriend Althea Heart’s boyfriend’s truth. That was a result of an altercation that reportedly ensued.
At the time, Benzino was arrested due to a warrant being out. Althea is also the mother of one of his children. Benzino was hit with charges of one count of second-degree criminal damage and one count of disorderly conduct.
This morning though, Benzino took to social media to announce that he’s finally out of jail.
“You know how we do. We just got home, you know how we do.”
This incident reportedly occurred back in 2020. Benzino recently spoke to AllHipHop about punching the truck, as he explained that the video of everything that happened, resurfaced again.
“I was kind of arguing with the guy she was with at the time. Long story short, the case was like two years ago and somebody put that old video up and it got me kind of arguing with him.”
Benzino has also been in feuds this year, with his daughter Coi Leray, as well as Eminem. It even got to a point to where Coi Leray showed love to Eminem, as an artist.
