Big Sean unsure of new music timeline as he prepares for child
Big Sean and Jhené Aiko have been one of social media’s favorite couples, over the last several years. This year, the two confirmed that they’re expecting their first child together. That came after speculation that Jhené had a baby bump, due to a fan claiming she saw this being the case, at a local Whole Foods.
Last weekend, Sean and Jhené also had their baby shower. Sean was going viral due to his Burberry long sleeve shirt, which seems to be the common shirt of choice these days, for baby showers. Over a month ago, Sean also took Jhené to his hometown of Detroit, and showed where he grew up.
TMZ recently caught up with Sean, and asked when new music could be on the way. As now now, Sean doesn’t have an exact timeline for this, due to preparing for Jhené to give birth.
“Well, I’m definitely taking some time for it to just be us,” Sean explained. “You can’t really put a time limit on it.”
Sean’s last project was “What You Expect,” with Hit-Boy, last November. His previous studio album came in September 2020, which was “Detroit 2.” Last month, Sean finally put his classic 2012 “Detroit” mixtape, on all streaming platforms.
