“BMF” officially renewed for a third season on Starz

On January 6, season 2 of “BMF” officially aired on Starz, as 50 Cent continued to win big with television, as he serves as executive producer of this series. This comes after the massive success of the first season, which aired in October of 2021. BMF highlights the rise of notorious drug dealers Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory, as well as his brother Terry “Southwest T” Flenory.

Big Meech’s son, Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory, plays the role of his father, in this series. Lil Meech has since received plenty of praise on social media for the depiction for his father, as this has also carried over into the first two episodes of season 2, as new episodes air every Friday, on the Starz app, and at 10:30PM, on the Starz channel.

However, BMF definitely isn’t slowing down anytime soon. It was recently revealed that three spin-offs surrounding BMF will be in the works. According to Variety, a third season of the current series has also been renewed, for a third season. As a result, this was officially announced by Starz, on Wednesday.

“’BMF’ captures the essence of Detroit through elevated, gritty storytelling and our fans have passionately responded to this show more than ever before,” said Kathryn Busby, president of original programming for Starz. “Following such a strong debut with season two, we’re thrilled to continue to expand on the incredible story of the Flenory brothers as they change the game by writing their own rules. We can’t wait to see what our extraordinary producers and cast deliver next.”
