Bobby Shmurda Plans To Release New Music This Month For The First Time Since His Release From Prison

Bobby Shmurda has been a free man for over a month now as he served almost a seven-year prison sentence. He’s been living it up since as he’s been booked to perform in Atlanta during NBA All-Star weekend as he made $300,000. Bobby also appeared at Nets games in his hometown of Brooklyn, where he was gifted a signed jersey by James Harden.

Many have since been wondering when Bobby will finally put out new music. A lot expected him to release a “First Day Out” single but that didn’t happen. Now, the GS9 rapper is giving fans some good news.

Bobby took to his Instagram story in the early hours of Saturday morning to reveal that he plans to release new music sometime this month. He posted a photo of himself with the caption “Dropping something this month, watch ya head tops.” Of course, his last huge record was “Hot N*gga” in 2014, which helped turn him into a star. That record peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and was recently certified 5x platinum by the RIAA in the US.

Fans expect this release by Bobby to likely be a new single. Hopefully, it leads to him also putting out his long-awaited debut studio album as well.
