Burna Boy to release “I Told Them” album on August 25

Burna Boy announces upcoming “I Told Them” album 

Burna Boy continues to be one of the biggest Afrobeats artists in the world, over the past three years. Furthermore, he currently has another buzzing record right now, which is “Sittin On Top Of The World.” Therefore, the remix even went on to feature 21 Savage, which has been a fan-favorite collaboration.

Meanwhile, Burna has also just announced the release date for his upcoming studio album. This is “I Told Them,” as it’s scheduled to be out on August 25, as it’s his seventh studio album. Additional lead singles for this project include “Big 7” and “Talibans II” featuring Byron Messia.

I Told Them is also Burna’s second album released, over the past year. Last July, he put out his “Love, Damini” album, which went on to debut at number 14 in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. That project also included appearances from J Hus, Popcaan, J Balvin, and more. Love, Damini was also the highest-charting Nigerian album to ever be released in the United States. Many anticipate that that I Told Them will peak even higher, due to Burna’s increased success, over the past year.
