Cardi B announces new “Hot S*it” single coming on July 1
Over the weekend, Cardi B said that she would have a big surprise coming, during the BET Awards. That news has now arrived, as new music by Cardi is on the way.
Cardi revealed that her new “Hot S*it” single will be available on July 1. On Twitter, Cardi added that there will be more news announced, on Jun 27. That will officially be revealed at 8PM ET. Cardi released a short clip, where she is seen standing on a skyscraper, which appears to be in her hometown of New York City.
Hot S*it is also Cardi’s first single released, in 2022. In April, Cardi appeared on Kay Flock’s “Shake It” single, which also included Dougie B and Bory300.
“My new single “Hot S*it” available everywhere THIS FRIDAY 7/1,” said Cardi, on Twitter. “Tomorrow 8pm I got another surprise for yall, tune in.”
Cardi’s last official single released, was “Up,” last February. That went on to top the Billboard Hot 100 chart the next month, and even received a 2022 Grammy nomination, for Best Rap Song.
