Cardi B reveals GloRilla is her first cousin
Cardi B has formed quite the alliance with GloRilla, which has had people talking. During the short period of time that Glo’s been famous, she has a double platinum single with Cardi. The two became very close in a quick period of time. Recently, the two have began calling themselves cousins. As a result, when they sat down with Big Boy, he asked about it. There, Cardi confirmed GloRilla is her cousin.
Cardi B rose to fame, via social media, over a decade ago. Then, in 2015, “Love & Hip Hop” added her to their cast. That platform allowed Cardi B to introduced herself to the nation. Soon, she was booked to make appearances all over America. This opened the door for Atlantic Records to sign her. After one failed single with Offset, Cardi dropped “Bodak Yellow” and never looked back.
Cardi B often shows love to rising female rappers in the game. Two years ago, GloRilla took over the game and Cardi gave the co-sign. Glo had several hits, “Tomorrow” among them. She got Cardi B for the remix, “Tomorrow 2.” Currently, she has “Yeah Glo!” dominating radio. Also, she and Cardi B are calling themselves “cousins.” During the Big Boy interview, Cardi explained they have the same grandfather.
