It looks like singer Chris Brown is gearing up to face another grievance lawsuit. This time it’s from a colleague within the dance world.
According to court documents, dancer Danielle Griffen is holding Brown responsible for eye injuries she sustained during her time on set, working in one of his music videos. In the lawsuit she claims that a make up artist poured fake blood liquid onto her head without giving her the proper eye protection.
“A wardrobe and make-up artist with the first name “Angel” hired by Defendants, carelessly and negligently poured fake liquid blood on (her) head without eye protection after assuring her that the substance was safe.”
Griffen ended up getting serious eye related injuries as a result.
She’s now blaming both Brown and the production team behind him. She claims that they should have known the fake liquid could burn her eyes. Her lawsuit also claims that the fake blood prop wasn’t properly tested for use on the dancers.
This suit comes two years after the incident, citing that neither Chris nor the production company has helped with her recovery so far. She asking for more than $25K.
