Customer slaps Wendy’s employee in the face during dispute
Disrespect seems to be at an all-time high and people think its fine to just harm one another. The past three years have been a trying time for the world. In America, the past three years have seen a major decline in the service industry. This is especially true where fast food is concerned. Something as simple as getting an order right rarely happens. As a result, customers do get upset, but most have enough sense to not escalate things. However, one woman in Wendy’s slapped a worker.
While the fast food workers do not put the level of care in that’s desired, the fact is that most really are overworked. In many cases, most fast food restaurants only have two or three people working. As a result, the same people preparing the food are the same ones doing janitorial work. In addition, they are also providing the service of cleaning up food left by customers dining in. With so much going on, orders do get mishandled, and change can get messed up.
The whole concept of fast food rests in the title, people want their food fast. However, with only a few people even working in most of these restaurants, the wait can be a little long. As a result, some customers do get upset. It can be a frustrating experience. But one woman came into Wendy’s and she did the absolute most. The woman was upset and got into an argument with one of the women working and wound up slapping her in the face. When the employee followed her out, her co-workers turned on her.
