Dame Dash responds to Fat Joe asking where his money is
Dame Dash often is blamed for the downfall of Roc-A-Fella Records. Hurting matters is that it seems like it’s brought up by Dame in every interview. However, he has made a point of telling interviewers of not asking him about Jay-Z. The last time Dame did such an interview, Fat Joe had a rebuttal. Joe said that it’s time for Dame to get over it. In addition, he quoted Jay-Z, telling Dame “make another Hov.” As a result, Dame Dash has issued a response to Joey Crack.
Dame Dash says people who have no understanding of what happened always speak on him. So, he’s often telling people to mind their own business. While there are often reports of Dash being in financial trouble, he counters that the claims are blown out of proportion. When he accused Lee Daniels of owing him $2 million, people didn’t believe him. However, when Dash confronted Daniels in person, he confirmed this. Eventually, Dash was reimbursed by Lee Daniels.
Dame Dash recently found himself on the receiving end of a Fat Joe rant. Fat Joe essentially called Dame broke and said he needs to move on. His answer to Dash was “make another Hov.” Dame said he normally wouldn’t respond to something like this. He made it clear he and Joe have always gotten along and there’s no beef. However, he said he moved on with Rachel Roy, launching a $100 million company with her. Also, he said he helped Cam’ron and Kanye West, but he has business outside of music.
