Diddy sued for alleged sexual assault & drugging of model in 2003

Over the past week, Diddy has been rightfully getting destroyed on social media. This is due to a video surfacing of him from March 2016, where he assaulted his then on-and-off girlfriend, Cassie. Moreover, this occurred at a hotel in the Studio City area of Los Angeles. In the clip, he is seen throwing Cassie to the ground, kicking her, as well as throwing items at her. Diddy issued a video apology on Sunday, which many felt was not genuine.

Meanwhile, even more sexual assault lawsuits against Diddy are emerging, as these lawsuits are adding on, since last fall. The latest involves a model that Diddy allegedly sexually assaulted and drugged, back in 2003, per TMZ.

Furthermore, this is a former model, named Cyrstal McKinney. At the time, she was 22, and met Diddy at a Men’s Fashion Week event inside the Cipriani Downtown in New York City. At the end of the night, she went on to be invited by Diddy to come back to his studio.

Moreover, at that studio, Diddy and McKinney were drinking Hennessy, as well as smoking weed. However, she added that this drug was very powerful, as she believed that it was laced. Soon, Diddy allegedly forced herself on him in the bathroom, which included oral sex. After getting away, McKinney soon ended up waking up in a taxi.

As a result, McKinney states in this lawsuit that that incident caused her to be blackballed from the modeling agency. This soon caused her to have severe depression, and even attempted suicide in 2004. The lawsuit is also seeking unspecified damages.
