DJ Envy accuses Angela Yee of lying about being the only woman working at “The Breakfast Club” [PHOTO]

DJ Envy says Angela Yee wasn’t only woman on Breakfast Club

DJ Envy was originally the most recognized person on “The Breakfast Club.” When he was pitched the idea, he was against it, initially. One reason was because Angela Yee was a co-host. After all, at the time, she was best known for her X-rated Shade 45 radio show. In addition, there was Charlamagne Tha God, who came with his own controversy. However, DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God came together to create “The Breakfast Club.” After twelve years, Yee left, telling Tamron Hall she felt uncomfortable being the only woman on the show.

DJ Envy has never been a person to hold back, on or off the show. At one point, DJ Envy had some issues with DJ Drama. When DJ Drama visited “The Breakfast Club,” Envy confronted him within minutes. After some iciness, Envy called him out, and they settled their issues on the spot. From there, the two were back to being friends. In the wake of Angela Yee’s departure from the show, she now seems to have issues. As a result, Envy is also tackling this head-first.

DJ Envy saw Angela Yee on Tamron Hall’s show and disagrees with her claims. During that interview, Yee claimed she was the only woman working on “The Breakfast Club.” As a result, she said she felt a bit uncomfortable doing the show. After seeing this, DJ Envy responded to Angela Yee. On the Instagram comments, Envy said she was capping, in other words lying. He added that several women work behind the scenes on the show.
