DJ Khaled promises We The Best takeover, starting with “I Changed A Lot” release

DJ KhaledNot only did DJ Khaled help extend Miami’s dominance in hip hop for an extra seven years, he also helped redefine the sound of Miami, moving away from “Miami bass.” His brand of making music helped Rick Ross become the star he is. But, DJ Khaled was never exclusive to his hometown, as he signed Fort Lauderdale’s Ace Hood and Harlem’s Vado.

We The Best Music Group is DJ Khaled’s label and they joined Cash Money Records in a partnership in 2012. Thus far, this deal has seen two DJ Khaled albums and an Ace Hood album. This year, DJ Khaled believes fans should expect much more, as 2015 is the next breakout year for him.

Anyone who follows DJ Khaled on Instagram knows how he can boast about the lavish life he built for himself. A self-made millionaire, the journey for a billion continues in 2015 and, according to a recent Instagram post, begins in 2015 with I Changed A Lot finally being released. Never any telling what DJ Khaled will do next.
