Years ago, DJ Khaled cemented his position in the game, as he mastered amassing several artists together for one track. Typically, DJ Khaled would get at least three rappers on a song and possibly a singer. But, DJ Khaled wanted to do something different and align all the top singers for a track.
The final result was “Hold You Down,” the latest single off DJ Khaled’s I Changed A Lot album. On “Hold You Down,” DJ Khaled featured Chris Brown, who Hip Hop Vibe recently talked to, August Alsina, Future, and Jeremih. A month ago, DJ Khaled released the music video for the single.
DJ Khaled is always confident in himself and his work, even when some feel like he shouldn’t be. This bullheaded confidence is what made DJ Khaled the major figure in the game that he is. Now, he is confident in his new single and “Hold You Down” is his latest release and he said the song is going number one on Instagram.
