A whirlwind of information has come out, about DMX, over the past week. Given the rapper’s comatose state, there seems to be an eagerness for his death, from the media, and the public. Tonight, “RIP DMX” trended on Twitter, leading many to believe he died.
Luenell would speak up, apologizing for causing that confusion. After seeing the DMX trending topics, his manager, Steve Rifkind, spoke out. Rifkind said that DMX is still alive, but that he remains on life support.
From the moment DMX’s hospitalization became news, there have been reports of him suffering an apparent drug overdose. This isn’t the case, however, as sources close to the family have said he’s been sober for years. Actually, X said this, himself, on “Drink Champs,” as a member of his family said DMX had the COVID vaccine, shortly before his heart attack.
