Doechii previews “Pacer” single during Coachella performance
Coachella kicked off its first weekend of 2023, as fans worldwide flicked to Indio, CA, to see their favorite stars. The headlining artists for this year included Bad Bunny, Blackpink, and Frank Ocean.
This weekend, Doechii also made her first performance at Coachella, as she’s been one of the hottest rising artists in the industry. She’s a Tampa native, and signed to Top Dawg Entertainment. 2022 saw Doechii gain a lot of momentum with her “Crazy” single and “Persuasive” remix which featured fellow label mate, SZA. Both of records went on to appear on Doechii’s “she/her/black b*tch” EP, in August.
During Doechii’s performance, she also went on to treat fans to some unreleased music. She previewed her “Pacer” single, as she energetically danced on stage to it, with her background dancers. Doechii’s DJ, DJ Miss Milan, who also DJs for Saweetie, also did a great job of getting the Coachella crowd involved.
However, it’s still unclear when Doechii will go on to release her Pacer single. The fan reaction to it at Coachella was very solid, though, so that may arrive soon.
